The brushroll on the carpet brush has rubber strips, they are used to tap out dust from carpet. The rubber strips may leave marks on hard floor. It is not recommended to use carpet brush on hardfloor to avoid hurting hardfloor.

It can do vacuum only. If you want to vacuum without washing,  you can press self cleaning button for 3 seconds to turn off auto water spray function until auto water spray sign on LED screen is off.

There will be few water entering dust cup of the handheld vacuum when the product is layed flat to clean bed or safe underneath, it is normal if the water amount is few. If there is too much water entering dust cup, please send us video for checking.

We will recommend you to put in some cleaning solution to clean the brushroll better.Please add one cap of solution for one tank of clean water.

You cannot user handheld vacuum to pick up liquid, it will cause defect on PCB inside handheld vacuum cleaner.

It is recommended to use Carpet mode only when clean carpet and Auto or Floor mode on floor.When cleaning hard floor, if you want longest working time, we recommend Floor mode, if you want better cleaning efficiency then we recommend Auto mode as in this mode the vacuum power will adjust automatically basing on floor cleaness.

You can use carpet mode on floor. But becasue working power on carpet mode is big, working time will be reduced.

Floor mode working power is not big enough to efficiently clean carpet. It is recommended to use carpet mode to clean the carpet.

You can turn off or turn on voice by long pressing the voice button for over 3 seconds. But it is not recommned to turn off voice as it will remind you about how to use the product correctly.

If you want to wash the dust cup or the cyclones, press the dust cup release button  and twist the dust cup to take it out to wash under water.

Use a coin to rotate the nozzle base release button, take out the brushroll gently. Clean the brushroll. If the brushroll is washed, please make sure it is completely dry before assembling it into nozzle.

Pull out the HEPA filter upwards, and gently tap it on trash can. After HEPA is cleaned put it back into dust cup.

The HEPA filter can be washed. Since frequent washing will reduce HEPA life, it is recommended that the HEPA filter is washed no more than once a month.

HEPA filter need to be changed after 3 to 6 months use basing on different using frequency and using environment.

The decreasing suction power is normally caused by blockage, please check and clean the dust cup, HEPA filter, brushroll, floorhead.

Power on the machine, then press and hold the Reset button for 5 seconds to activate the filter reset mode. By default, the filter life indicator No.1 will flash. (The device will automatically quit filter reset mode if there is no operation within 10 seconds. )

The shelf life of the filter is five years, please don't unseal the vacuum bag of the cartridge and store it in a cool place, then you don't have to worry about the expiration date and other problems.

TDS is total dissolved solids ，it indicates of how many milligrams of dissolved solids  in 1 Liter of water. The higher the value of TDS, the more dissolved substances that water contains.

PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances), are a diverse group of man-made chemicals used in a variety of consumer and industrial products.

PFAS do not break down easily and some of them have been proven to accumulate in the environment and in the human body. Exposure to certain types of PFAS can have serious health effects.

1. Raw water needs replacement, please replace the raw water.

2. The filter has exceeded the service life, please replace the filter.

You can test TDS sensor using salt. Put 1g salt into raw water tank, and then fetch one cup of clean water so that water purifier can start purifying (There is pump working sound if purification starts).. If the raw water TDS value starts to rise after the pump starts to work, it indicates that the TDS sensor is working normally.

1. TDS sensor value has about 10% tolerance.

2. The TDS sensor is located after RO filter. It displays pure water TDS value after purified by RO filter but has not passed through filter 3. When pure water passes trough filter 3, the pure water will be remineralized, so the clean water TDS value varies slightly from the TDS value measured with a TDS pen.

1. When you water added to raw water tank quality is poor, it will lead to the machine raw water TDS reaching 999 quickly, display screen will automatically pop up the raw water replacement icon and machine will beep.

2. If your city tap water quality has been poor, you can ignore the machine alarm.If you want to shut down the alarm, press and hold the 185℉/85℃ icons for 5 seconds to cancel the alarm. Press and hold it again to restore the alarm function.

3. Do not reuse the wastewat. And don't add water to the raw water before empty the dirty water tank. You should pour out all the waste water and fill it up with fresh water.

We use RO (Reverse Osmosis) membrane technology. Reverse osmosis forces water molecules through a membrane with pores that are 4 times smaller than the size of the water molecule. So a pump is needed to help push the water through the RO membrane. It is normal for the pump to make some noise during operation. Additionally, the pump only works when the machine is producing water, and it will not make noise during regular use.

Due to the design of the machine’s water path, when using the precise water dispensing function, there may be a ±10mL variance in water volume due to small amounts of residual water in the pipes. This is a normal phenomenon.

1. Tap the temperature icon on the display screen to select the desired water temperature. The available options are 110°F/45℃, 130°F/55℃, 150°F/65℃, 165°F/75℃, 185°F/85℃, and 200°F/98℃.

2. Press the water dispensing button to dispense hot water at the selected temperature. The water outlet light will turn red. Press the button again to stop the water dispensing.

Since this product utilizes an instant heating method, it requires adjusting the water flow rate to achieve precise temperature control at the outlet. Therefore, it is normal for the water flow to decrease as the heating temperature increases.

1. These are air bubbles dissolved in the hot water.

2. As the water temperature increases, the solubility of air in water increases. When water temperature decreases, the solubility of air in the water also decreases, causing the air to separate from water and forms bubbles. This is a normal physical phenomenon and does not affect water quality, so it’s safe to drink.

The R9 water purifier detects the water temperature after heating. But when hot water pass through water exit fill into cup, it has heat loss and water temperature may drop, it is normal phenomenon.

Since our RO filter has a high filtration efficiency, need to use water to flush the RO filter, so waste water is unavoidable. The flushing system protects RO filter and extend its life.  The remaining waste water can be used to water the plants or mop the floor.

Pure to drain ratio is 3:1, so need to drain about 25% waste water.

Since the RO filter blocks substances larger than 0.1 nanometers, these impurities are retained by the RO filter, and they won’t affect the purification effect. However, if raw water with too many impurities is not replaced on time, it will reduce the life of the filter.

The water flows back into raw water tank after flushing RO filter, so water TDS value in raw water tank is increasing. If the water with an especially high TDS value is not replaced, it will shorten the lifes of the RO filter.

Therefore, when raw water replacement indicator  lights up,  you need to dispose of the remaining water and refill the tank with fresh water before using it again.

The water flows back into raw water tank after flushing RO filter, so water TDS value in raw water tank is increasing.

The R9 Pro adopts semiconductor cooling system, with a cold water tank capacity of about 0.75L. The cooling stops when the cold water temperature reaches 10 ℃, and the cold water rises up to 15 ℃ in about 1 hour. It automatically start reclooling and takes about 30 minutes  to drop to 10 ℃. If cold water is completely dispensed, it takes about 30 minutes to cool down from room temperature water to 15 ℃ cold water, and about 1 hour to cool down from room temperature water to 10 ℃ cold water.

Reply to consumers:

S9 has a 0.75L cold water tank. After cooling fuction is turned on for 1st use, you can get cold water after about 1 hours. If you get more than 0.6L cold water at one time, the outlet water rises up gradually to room temperature. Need to wait for about 30 minutes to cool down water to below 15℃.

The light ring of water dispense mounth shows cooling status:

Under cooling: Light ring in breathing mode, turns off if no operation in 1 minute.

Cooling completed:Light ring stays on, turns off if no operation in 1 minute.

When "Dispense/Stop" button is touched, light ring will turn on.

S9 fits screw in CO2 cylinder of different brands. Sodastream screw in cylinder(The one in blue colour) is most recommended for easier refilling in future.

There is refilling service contact information on the cylinder body. For Sodastream in most countries you can use a empty bottle to exchange a refilled CO2 cylinder in nearby supermarket with some cost.

S9 can only carbonate clean water. It cannot carbonate other drinks. You can add drinks into sparkling water after carbonating.

Yes you need to keep the device plugged all the time even when it is not under filtration. As there is UV light behind the clean water cup to saniterize the pure water. If device is unplugged UV light will not work.

UV light is on for 30 minutes and off for 30 minutes. During water purification, it is on all the time.

Yes please unplug the device if it is to be long idled. Please make sure that you follow user manual to flush the device before you use the machine again after long idle.

If the pure water pitcher is stored in machine, it is protected with UV light. Still, for your healthy, we do not recommend store the pure water more than 48 hours. If pure water pitcher is stored separately, do not store the water for over 8 hours.

Filter 2 RO-2.0S (Reverse Osmosis Membrane Filter):
Fine filtration. Filters out bacteria, PFAS（PFOS/PFOA), viruses, heavy metal ions, colloids, scale,  chlorine etc. The filtered water is pure and safe for direct drinking.

Filter 3 Q2S(Activated Carbon Mineralized Filter):
Improves water taste by mineralizing pure water.

Filter 1  M2S Composite Filter, life time is about 12 months.

Filter 2 RO-2.0S，RO Filter, life time is about 24 months.

Filter 3 Q2S Mineralized Filter, life time is about 12 months.

The machine will sound a beeping alarm for 10  seconds when dispense water, and the filter life indicator changes from full to blank.

1. Press and hold the 200℉/98℃ button for 5 seconds, the life indicator of cartridge number one, two and three will flash.

2. Press and hold the 110℉/45℃ button for 5 seconds to reset filter lifetime for number one; press and hold the 130℉/55℃ button for 5 seconds to reset cartridge life for number two; press and hold the 150℉/65℃ button for 5 seconds to reset cartridge life for number three. After completing the filter life reset, the corresponding cartridge life indicator will return to full cell state.

3.The filter life indicator flashing will automatically stop after 10 seconds and no action required.

The shelf life of the filter is five years, please don't unseal the vacuum bag of the cartridge and store it in a cool place, then you don't have to worry about the expiration date and other problems.

TDS is total dissolved solids ，it indicates of how many milligrams of dissolved solids  in 1 Liter of water. The higher the value of TDS, the more dissolved substances that water contains.

PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances), are a diverse group of man-made chemicals used in a variety of consumer and industrial products.

PFAS do not break down easily and some of them have been proven to accumulate in the environment and in the human body. Exposure to certain types of PFAS can have serious health effects.

1. Raw water needs replacement, please replace the raw water.

2. The filter has exceeded the service life, please replace the filter.

You can test TDS sensor using salt. Put 1g salt into raw water tank, and then fetch one cup of clean water so that water purifier can start purifying (There is pump working sound if purification starts).. If the raw water TDS value starts to rise after the pump starts to work, it indicates that the TDS sensor is working normally.

1. TDS sensor value has about 10% tolerance.

2. The TDS sensor is located after RO filter. It displays pure water TDS value after purified by RO filter but has not passed through filter 3. When pure water passes trough filter 3, the pure water will be remineralized, so the clean water TDS value varies slightly from the TDS value measured with a TDS pen.

1. When you water added to raw water tank quality is poor, it will lead to the machine raw water TDS reaching 999 quickly, display screen will automatically pop up the raw water replacement icon and machine will beep.

2. If your city tap water quality has been poor, you can ignore the machine alarm.If you want to shut down the alarm, press and hold the 185℉/85℃ icons for 5 seconds to cancel the alarm. Press and hold it again to restore the alarm function.

3. Do not reuse the wastewat. And don't add water to the raw water before empty the dirty water tank. You should pour out all the waste water and fill it up with fresh water.

We use RO (Reverse Osmosis) membrane technology. Reverse osmosis forces water molecules through a membrane with pores that are 4 times smaller than the size of the water molecule.So a pump is needed to help push the water through the RO membrane. It is normal for the pump to make some noise during operation. Additionally, the pump only works when the machine is producing water, and it will not make noise during regular use.

Due to the design of the machine’s water path, when using the precise water dispensing function, there may be a ±10mL variance in water volume due to small amounts of residual water in the pipes. This is a normal phenomenon.

1. Tap the temperature icon on the display screen to select the desired water temperature. The available options are 110°F/45℃, 130°F/55℃, 150°F/65℃, 165°F/75℃, 185°F/85℃, and 200°F/98℃.

2. Press the water dispensing button to dispense hot water at the selected temperature. The water outlet light will turn red. Press the button again to stop the water dispensing.

Since this product utilizes an instant heating method, it requires adjusting the water flow rate to achieve precise temperature control at the outlet. Therefore, it is normal for the water flow to decrease as the heating temperature increases.

1. These are air bubbles dissolved in the hot water.

2. As the water temperature increases, the solubility of air in water increases. When water temperature decreases, the solubility of air in the water also decreases, causing the air to separate from water and forms bubbles. This is a normal physical phenomenon and does not affect water quality, so it’s safe to drink.

The R9 water purifier detects the water temperature after heating. But when hot water pass through water exit fill into cup, it has heat loss and water temperature may drop, it is normal phenomenon.

Since our RO filter has a high filtration efficiency, need to use water to flush the RO filter, so waste water is unavoidable. The flushing system protects RO filter and extend its life.  The remaining waste water can be used to water the plants or mop the floor.

Pure to drain ratio is 3:1, so need to drain about 25% waste water.

Since the RO filter blocks substances larger than 0.1 nanometers, these impurities are retained by the RO filter, and they won’t affect the purification effect. However, if raw water with too many impurities is not replaced on time, it will reduce the life of the filter.

The water flows back into raw water tank after flushing RO filter, so water TDS value in raw water tank is increasing. If the water with an especially high TDS value is not replaced, it will shorten the lifes of the RO filter.

Therefore, when raw water replacement indicator lights up,  you need to dispose of the remaining water and refill the tank with fresh water before using it again.

The water flows back into raw water tank after flushing RO filter, so water TDS value in raw water tank is increasing.

R9 Pro uses instant heating technology, only heats when you dispense hot water. And when cold water temperature reaches 10 ℃  it stops cooling. It only purifies water when there is not enough water in pure water cup. So most of the time the device is in standby mode.

The R9 Pro adopts semiconductor cooling system, with a cold water tank capacity of about 0.55L. The cooling stops when the cold water temperature reaches 10 ℃, and the cold water rises up to 15 ℃ in about 1 hour. It automatically start reclooling and takes about 30 minutes  to drop to 10 ℃. If cold water is completely dispensed, it takes about 30 minutes to cool down from room temperature water to 15 ℃ cold water, and about 1 hour to cool down from room temperature water to 10 ℃ cold water.

Reply to consumers:

R9 Pro has a 0.55L cold water tank. After cooling fuction is turned on for 1st use, you can get cold water after about 1 hours. If you get more than 0.5L cold water at one time, the outlet water rises up gradually to room temperature. Need to wait for about 30 minutes to cool down water to below 15℃.

When the device is under cooling, indicator blinks. The device stops cooling when water in cold water tank drops to 10℃ and indicator stops blinking and keeps on. If there is no      indicato , it means cooling function is turned off. Please keep pressing button to turn on cooling function.

1. If there is moss in the raw water tank， it is because it is easy for microorganisms to grow in raw water tank when it is placed in sunlight. Please avoid direct sunlight from the water purifier. In addition, the raw water tank should be cleaned monthly.

2. If there is moss in the water kettle, make sure not to turn off the power of the machine. There is a UV lamp behind the pure water pitcher. If the power is turned off, the UV lamp will not be able to provide continuous protection for the pure water pitcher.

If the water purifier is to be idled for more than 7 days, please empty the raw water tank and the pure water cup, press and hold the water dispensing tap for 5 seconds to drain the water inside purifier, and then unplug the power cord. Before using it again, simply pour out 3 pitchers of pure water. If the product has cold water function, take 1L of cold water and pour it out.
