Product Assembly

Assemble and disassemble the electric floor head with metal tube

1. Hold the floor head and insert the metal tube vertically into the floor head, align it with the conductive needle, and press the tube until a “click” sound is heard.

2. To remove the electric floor head, press the brush release button and pull the metal tube in the direction shown in the picture.

Assemble and disassemble the battery pack on the handheld vacuum

Assemble the battery pack: align the battery pack with the guiding slot on the handheld vacuum body, slide it in the direction of the arrow shown. Afterwards, pull the battery pack after installation to ensure it is fit in position.

Attention:
When the vacuum cleaner is not used for a long time, remove the battery, pack the machine, and store it in a cool and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight or a humid environment.

Assemble and disassemble the metal tube

1. As shown in the picture, align the conductive needle of the metal tube with the handheld vacuum coupler, then push the handheld vacuum downward until a “click” sound is heard.

2. To disassemble the handheld vacuum, please press the metal tube release button, and pull up the handheld vacuum simultaneously to remove it.

Assemble and disassemble the wet polishing head

1. Hold the wet polishing head and plug the metal tube into the connector of the wet polishing head in the direction shown in the picture.

2. Then, align the conductive needle with the coupler and push it downward to the metal tube until a “click” sound is heard.

1. To detach the clean water tank from the wet polishing head, pull the clean water tank handle.

2. To install the clean water tank and press down until it is securely in place.

Assemble and disassemble the mop on the wet polishing head
[JV10 Pro Aqua only]

1. Align the central hole of the mop with the turntable, and attach it to the Velcro on turntable for use.

2. Peal the mop off the wet polishing head, and you can reuse it after washing and drying.

Mop or wet polishing head can be purchased at JIMMY distributor or customer service center.

How to fill water in the clean water tank
[JV10 Pro Aqua only]

1. Flip up the water filling plug of the clean water tank.

2. Fill the clean water tank with clean water.

3. After the clean water tank is full, press the injection plug down firmly to secure it in place.

Attention:
To prevent damage to the clean water tank, do not fill it with any alcoholic or corrosive solution.

Charging holder assembly

1. First, place the vacuum in the charging holder, ensuring it stands uptight against the wall. Next, adjust the height so that the electric floor head does not touch the ground, and mark this height.

2. Remove the vacuum and insert the expansion pipe into the wall. Position the holder onto the expansion pipe, then use screws to fixed it to the wall.

3. After completing the installation, you can place the vacuum on the charging holder to recharge or store it.

Attention:
Please do not fix it to walls that are prone to dampness, such as those in restrooms.

For user convenience, this product comes with several accessories designed for the handheld portion of the vacuum cleaner. When using the handheld vacuum cleaner independently, you can easy attach the accessories based on your specific.

Chapter 2  Use of Vacuum Cleaner


To operate the vacuum, remove it from the charging holder. You can turn the power on and off by pressing the ON/OFF button. To change the mode, press the mode button. When the machine is turned on, it defaults to Auto mode. Pressing the mode button, the modes will cycle through the following sequences: Turbo- Max - Eco-Auto. During the switch, the mode will be displayed in LED screen as following pictures show.

Malfunction warning display

1. JV10 Pro Aqua Product Care HEPA missing indicator: When HEPA filter is missing, the HEPA missing icon will appear on the screen to remind the user to install it and the motor will stop simultaneously.

2. 2Air path blockage indicator: When the product is in working, if it encounters issues such as air path blockage/an overfilled dust bag or dust cup/brush roll obstruction/the wet polishing head blockage, the air path blockage icon will flash on the screen to remind the user to clean the dust cup/air duct/brush roll/wet polishing head.

3.3The middle of the LED screen displays the remaining product runtime in the current mode. When the mode is changed, the remaining runtime will also adjust accordingly. Regardless of the mode in which the machine is operating, when the battery power drops below 20%, the battery icon " 4" will turn red to remind the user to charge the device.

4. When the product works in Max mode and the battery power drops below 20%, it will automatically switch from Max to Eco mode to extend product runtime. Once the battery is charged above 20%, the product resume work in Max mode.

5. When the product works in Auto mode, it will automatically adjusts its working power based on the detected dust content and the floor type, to achieve optimal cleaning efficiency. In Auto mode, the LED screen displays “Auto” regardless of the power level being used.

6. The product is equipped with a dust content sensor. At the bottom of the LED screen, there is a light strip to display the dust content. As the dust content increases from low to high, the red colour intensifies while the blue colour diminishes. When the strip is entirely blue, the cleaning surface is clean. The cleanness of the cleaning surface can be visually displayed on the LED screen.

Use of flexible metal tube

The flexible metal tube can be used for cleaning under the sofa, table, bed, and other furniture. Press the flexible metal tube release button to bend it.

Use of wet polishing head

The wet polishing head can be used for cleaning hard floors, tile floors and more.

1. Turn on the vacuum cleaner, the wet polishing turntable will begin to rotate, and the machine work in Eco mode by default.

2. After pressing the spray button, the water outlet indicator lights up, and the device begins spraying water to the wet polishing turntable. Pressing the mode button allows you to adjust water spray volume (Eco mode - less spray volume and Max mode for large spray volume).

3. Press the spray button again to stop water spray, and water spray indicator will turn off.

4. When the water spray indicator is off, the display does not show mode information .

Attention:
1. You have to ensure that the water spray indicator is on so that the wet polishing head can spray water.
2. When the wet polishing head is mopping excessive sticky liquids on the floor, such as honey/Mayonnaise/ maple syrup/etc, the wet polishing head and vacuum cleaner will turn off automatically. This is a safety feature designed to protect the motor and gears.
3. The wet polishing head cannot absorb water.
4. The wet polishing head cannot be flushed with water.

Use of electric floor head

The electric floor head is suitable for cleaning hard floors, tiles, carpets, etc.

Attention:
If there is a large volume of debris is inhaled, excessive fiber becomes entangled, or even the child put their hands into the nozzle while the electric floor head is in operation, then the brush roll, the floor head, and whole machine will stop functioning simultaneously. The air duct blockage icon will appear on the screen to alert the user to power off the machine and clean the air path. The machine can be used again after the cleaning process is completed.

Use of accessories

● Crevice tool: suitable for cleaning crevices, corners of doors or windows and other narrow gaps.

● Upholstery tool: suitable for cleaning closets, windowsills, sofas and table surfaces.

● Electric mattress head: Suitable for sofas and mattresses. The brushroll effectively removes dust mite and allergens from deep within the sofa or bed.

● Soft brush: Suitable for cleaning furniture need special care like bookshelves, handicrafts, etc.

How to switch between dust bag and cyclone

The cyclone can be converted into a dust bag, allowing you to throw the dust bag directly to empty the dust. It is easy to use.

Switch the cyclone to dust bag

1. Press the dust cup release button to open the dust cup.

2. Take out the cyclone.

3. Align the dust bag filer assembly with the position-limiting groove of the dust cup. Then, close the dust cup onto the machine. It will be securely in place once you hear a “click”.

4. Press the dust cup release latch and open the bottom cover of dust cup. Next, attach the dust bag to the dust cup, and close the bottom cover until you hear a “click” sound.

Chapter 3 Cleaning and maintenance


Clean dust cup and filtration system

Please clean the dust bag and filtration sponge promptly when the dust cup is full or the HEPA is blocked, and replace the HEPA if necessary.

Attention:
HEPA filters are available for purchase from local vacuum cleaner distributors.

Clean the cyclone, HEPA and sponge

1. Press the dust cup release latch to open the bottom cover, and empty the dust into the trash can. Then, press the dust cup release button to detach it.

2. Hold the metal handle on the top and remove the cyclone from the vacuum. Twist the HEPA assembly towards counterclockwise to remove it from the cyclone, then take out the filter sponge. Clean the HEPA filter, sponge and cyclone before using it again.

3. If the HEPA filter, sponge and cyclone needs to clean, it have to be completely dry before reuse.

Assemble the cyclone

1. After cleaning is finished, put filter sponge back to cyclone first, then, hold the metal handle of the HEPA. Align it with the position-limitation structure of the cyclone. Twist the HEPA towards clockwise, until the position-limitation structures are completely fully aligned. The HEPA is securely in place.

2. Align the position-limitation structure of the cyclone with the dust cup then insert the cyclone into the dust cup. Next, hold the dust cup in one hand and twist it until a “click” sound is heard, indicating that the dust cup is fit in position.

Cleaning and replacement of the dust bag

1. Take the handheld vacuum out of metal tube.

2. Hold the vacuum at a 45°angle, and align the bottom cover of dust cup with the trash can.

3. Press the dust cup release latch to open the bottom cover, then, you can throw the dust bag in the trash can.

Assemble the dust bag

Press the dust cup release latch and open the bottom cover. Put the dust bag into it. Finally, close the bottom cover until you hear a “click”, the dust bag is securely in place.

Clean the brushroll of electric floor head

1. Press the brushroll release button downward.

2. Take out the brushroll as indicated in picture, and clean the brushroll.

3. After cleaning or replacing the component, assemble it back to the floor head.

Daily maintenance and storage

● Maintenance of the machine: If the vacuum has been idled for an extended period, please remove the battery, pack the machine, and store it in a cool and dry place. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight or humid environments.

● Battery pack storage: Put the battery pack in a plastic bag, then store it in a dry place.
